I highly recommend Newland Floors and Doors. The entire experience from choosing, buying and receiving the Salcombe Pearl engineered oak flooring was fantastic. Very competitive prices, quick delivery times and very helpful staff who went the extra mile. Great service. We had a slight problem with our delivery (fault of delivery team, not Newland!) and this was resolved straightaway and with no extra cost to us to arrange the redelivery. Great communication throughout and very happy with our floor!

I recently ordered the Woodpecker York Antique Oak wood flooring and unfortunately encountered some issues with the delivery. The product arrived damaged, which was incredibly frustrating as I had planned for it to be installed over the weekend. However, the team, especially Aaron, handled the situation impeccably. He responded to my complaint quickly and professionally, taking immediate steps to rectify the issue. Replacement packs were arranged and sent out the very next day, ensuring minimal disruption to my plans. Aaron’s prompt communication, understanding of my inconvenience, and swift resolution were exemplary. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re dealt with that makes all the difference. I’m truly impressed with their customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you for turning a negative experience into a positive one!
