Delivery Information

At Newland Floors and Doors, we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery services. Please review the following information to understand our shipping process and policies.

Stock Availability and Shipping Times:
We maintain stock of our most popular products. Your order will be shipped either from our premises or directly from the manufacturer/supplier. Shipping times vary based on product availability and type.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are determined by the product. All prices displayed include VAT. We offer free UK delivery for orders over £500. Door orders under £500 incur a £36 delivery charge, while flooring orders under £500 are subject to a £30 delivery charge. For small items under £50, there is a £9.99 delivery charge, while orders over £50 incur a £4.99 charge.

Treatex Deliveries:
Orders placed for larger items will be shipped on the same day if ordered before 12:00pm. During busier periods, dispatch time may be longer. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Incomplete order information may result in delayed dispatch or delivery to an incorrect address. Deliveries to certain areas such as Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland, etc. may take longer than the advertised delivery option. Currently, we only ship within the UK, and we do not accept orders for the EU or other parts of the world.

Door Deliveries:
Delivery lead times provided are estimates and should be used as a guide. Do not book carpenters or joiners until the products have arrived on-site or to the intended delivery address. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to failed deliveries within the estimated time frame. Items not normally stocked by us are considered 'specials' or 'to order' and are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will make efforts to accommodate alterations requested after placing the order, but reserve the right to invoice for full payment of the original specification. Please unload goods promptly upon delivery. Any costs arising from transport delay or goods damaged during unloading are the responsibility of the purchaser. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported provisionally within three working days and in detail within seven working days from the date of receipt.

Flooring Deliveries:
Once we receive your order, deliveries are generally processed within a short time. The typical delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days, although it may be longer during peak season, weekends, and public holidays. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of Woodpecker Design Panels as they are made to order. Curb-side drop deliveries require someone to be present to accept the delivery. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us directly. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimated delivery times for curb-side deliveries, but if you require a specific time on the day of delivery, please reach out to our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Important Notes:
Deliveries may be made using various commercial vehicles, including up to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to these vehicle types. Large amounts of flooring cannot be delivered to properties with stepped access, flats above the ground floor (regardless of lift access), or left in communal areas. For flats, your order will be left at the ground floor external doorstep, and for properties with stepped access, the flooring will be left at the bottom of the steps. Drivers may require assistance with unloading larger items. If access to your property is likely to be a problem, please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
