Brooks Rustic & Textured Oak Flooring
These are Brooks' most characterful floors: extra rustic oak with deep texture, filled knots and aged colours that give a new floor the look of old reclaimed boards. They're all engineered, with a real oak wear layer you can sand and refinish, and they suit underfloor heating up to 27°C.
Loch
Extra rustic French oak, 14mm thick and 190mm wide, with a 3mm wear layer and oiled finishes. Rannoch is hand scraped and smoked. Achray is smoked with a white grain, Tummel has a black grain, and Sheil and Morar are limed and white oiled. Tay is a natural brushed oak. Rannoch also comes as Rannoch XL, a 240mm x 2200mm wide plank.
Sawn Collection
Rustic European oak with real bandsaw marks left on the surface for a rough, industrial look. Choose Cayman in a raw matt lacquer, Nevis with a black grain, or Aruba in a cool smoked grey.
Signature Antique
20mm boards with a 6mm oak wear layer and a heavy brushed surface. Available in natural UV oiled, invisible lacquered, smoked and dark smoked.
Remastered
220mm x 2200mm boards of extra rustic European oak, with a 3mm oak wear layer on a core made from Hevea, a plantation timber, and a Bona Naturale oil finish. The colours are Ice White, Invisible Raw, Natural Stone, Mellow Stained and Smoked.
Is a rustic floor right for you?
Textured, knotty oak hides everyday scuffs and pet scratches better than a smooth, prime grade board, which makes it a practical choice for busy family homes. The oiled finishes can be spot repaired if a patch gets marked. All of these boards can be floated, nailed or fully bonded.
