For bonded installations, the MS Flex Maxi is an ideal, cost-efficient adhesive. This solvent-free, high-performance adhesive securely bonds engineered and solid wood flooring up to 180mm wide directly to a variety of subfloors, including concrete, chipboard, metal, and even over underfloor heating. For boards wider than 180mm, opt for the original MS Flex for added stability and flexibility.

If you’re floating your floor, choosing the right underlay is essential. Whether you’re working with uneven subfloors, need sound insulation, or require underfloor heating compatibility, we’ve got an underlay solution for you. Our top recommendation is the Olympia Acoustic Underlay (15m²), a multi-purpose, high-load-bearing underlay that reduces noise, includes a built-in vapour stop barrier, and helps smooth out minor surface imperfections.
