Ultrafloor Level It 2 - General Purpose, Mid-Strength Smoothing Underlayment

UltraFloor Level IT Two is a versatile, mid strength two part smoothing compound designed to create a smooth, level surface before installing floor coverings. With excellent flow properties, it spreads easily across a variety of subfloors, making it ideal for both domestic and commercial flooring projects.

This easy to apply levelling compound helps prepare uneven or rough subfloors, ensuring a stable base for flooring such as engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl tiles and other floor finishes. Its moisture tolerant and low odour formulation makes it suitable for a wide range of internal floor preparation work.

Level IT Two can be applied between 2mm and 12mm thickness, providing flexibility depending on the condition of the subfloor. It also offers efficient working times, with an open time of 20 to 30 minutes and a set time of approximately 2.5 hours. Floor coverings can typically be installed after around 8 hours, helping keep flooring projects on schedule.
